How it works

Document reading
OCR reads PDFs and photographs of documents — including skewed scans and stamps printed over the text.
Clinical extraction
Clinical entities — diagnoses, lab values, medication — are extracted and mapped to a standard data structure.
FHIR mapping
The data becomes FHIR resources: Patient, Condition, Observation, MedicationStatement, DiagnosticReport.
Translation & review
Translated into English with SNOMED CT / LOINC terminology — then reviewed by a clinician before it is sent. Always.

Processing only begins after your explicit consent, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). Documents are stored encrypted with a clear retention limit, and you can request deletion at any time. A summary is never sent to any hospital without clinician review and your confirmation.
